The Customer Support Center (CSC) provides a direct link between PSD customers and various PSD departments. CSC is the central communications "hub" for the PSD community and acts as the switchboard for the main PSD phone line. On average, CSC processes approximately 7,000 calls per month.
CSC also performs data entry for all repair and preventive maintenance work orders called in by PSD personnel and coordinates estimates for improvements through the work order system. During the 2007-2008 school year, CSC processed an average of 2,000 work orders per month.
Customer Support administers District utility locates upon notification from the Utility Notification Center of Colorado (UNCC).
By scheduling property use, issuing and tracking permits, CSC helps PSD customers avoid conflicts with scheduled school, maintenance, and construction activities.
Contact the Customer Support Center for facility related emergencies. The public can also call 490-3333 if they see after hours building or site issues (i.e. broken sprinkler head). Schools are responsible for calling in work orders for routine requests.

Community members wishing to use PSD Tracks and Tennis Courts for personal use may purchase a key from the Customer Support Center (French Field excepted). Remittance for the key must be exact cash or check only. Additional information can be found in the Track And Tennis Court User Agreement
